One of our largest clients had this happen very recently. But they didn't have to think twice. Call Mother. They talked to our help desk, who understood the risk of an overheated server room, and the potential implications for network management. Our representative asked her to open the doors and have maintenance bring some fans in until they could resolve the air conditioning problem. He also stopped by the office the next morning to check on the situation and ensure no damage had occurred.
