Every single day at MotherG, we are thinking of ways to help our clients in new and better ways. Today we have an exciting announcement!

On May 1, MotherG finalized a merger with a local IT company called Decision Systems Plus Inc. (DSPI). For some time now, we have wanted to grow our business to increase not only our reach in the Chicago area, but also the services we can offer the market. In so many ways, DSPI is a wonderful fit for the MotherG family. We have a shared vision for how IT can be a driver in our clients’ businesses. DSPI and MotherG have many overlapping competencies that can enrich and grow each other and bring significant new value to small and mid-sized businesses. This truly is a fantastic opportunity.

DSPI provides similar services as MotherG but also has a robust telephony business. We feel this will be a huge asset. Now MotherG will be able to provide strategic support around telephony decisions. Previously we have partnered with third parties to provide this service, now it will be a core competency. In addition to telephony, DSPI has network and cabling expertise. We are thrilled to have this competency in house as it will enrich our project planning and our strategy around improving our clients networks.
